The Problem
Bella Vista was a stunning waterfront event venue that had been quietly operating for 2 years on word-of-mouth from one wedding planner who loved them. Owner Marco and Elena Vásquez had capacity for 20+ events per year and were booking 8–10. They had no website, no social presence, and no way for couples to find them outside of that one referral source.
We had the most beautiful venue in Hillsborough County and almost nobody knew about it. One call from our wedding planner friend was keeping us in business.
— Elena Vásquez, Co-Owner, Bella Vista Event Venue
What We Did
Month 1–2 — Foundation
Built a high-impact venue website: gallery-first design, virtual tour video, package pricing, testimonials, inquiry form
Wedding Wire and The Knot profile optimization (complementary to paid)
Local SEO: 'waterfront wedding venue Tampa,' 'event venue Hillsborough County,' 'outdoor wedding venue Tampa Bay'
Month 3–12 — Paid Growth
Instagram + Facebook ads targeting Tampa Bay engaged couples (Facebook relationship status + 'recently engaged' interest targeting)
Pinterest campaign: venue photography distributed into wedding inspiration boards
Inquiry-to-tour conversion improved from 15% to 38% through better lead qualification

We went from almost closing to turning away 2026 bookings. I don't think about going out of business anymore.
