The Problem
Coastal Bites had an amazing truck and loyal following at their 3 regular spots. Owner Devon Mills wanted to expand to corporate lunch routes and private events — but had no system to attract those bookings. All revenue was from street stops; corporate and private events paid 3x as much per service.
Corporate catering and private events are where the money is. But I had no idea how to get in front of HR managers and event planners. They're not following my Instagram.

What We Did

Built a two-audience website: street food fans (schedule/tracker) and corporate/event buyers (dedicated booking page, minimum order, menu PDF download)

Month 3–6 — B2B Growth
LinkedIn outreach campaign: targeted Tampa Bay HR managers and office admins (50-person+ companies)
