The Problem
Glow Med Spa had two treatment rooms, two injectors, and was running at 40% capacity. Owner and NP Christina Reyes had a loyal repeat clientele but almost no new patient acquisition system. She was losing potential patients to a nearby med spa that ran aggressive Instagram ads. Her website was a template with stock photos — nothing that communicated the clinical expertise that set her apart.

What We Did
Month 1 — Foundation
Rebuilt the website: before/after photo galleries (with patient consent), provider credentials front and center, treatment explainer videos, online booking
Instagram + Facebook ads: 'Botox near me South Tampa,' before/after carousel ads, 'New patient special' ($199 first Botox treatment offer)
Google Ads: high-intent searches ('Botox Tampa,' 'lip filler South Tampa,' 'med spa near me')
Month 2–3 — Retention
Email automation: new patient onboarding sequence (3 emails), rebooking reminder at 90 days
