Gulf Coast HVAC had been in business for 11 years. Their technicians were the best-rated in Hillsborough County — but their website was built in 2019 by a nephew, ranked for nothing, and generated maybe 2 inbound calls a week. Their competitors were buying Google Local Service Ads and showing up first. Gulf Coast wasn't even showing up at all.

They were surviving on referrals and word of mouth. Owner Marco Delgado knew that wouldn't scale.
