The Problem
Iron Will Fitness was a 3-year-old independent gym in Wesley Chapel — competing against a nearby Planet Fitness and an Anytime Fitness. Owner Kyle Brandt had 180 members and needed 300 to be profitable. His advantage: real coaching, small class sizes, and a community feel that chains couldn't offer. His problem: nobody knew it.

What We Did
Month 1 — Foundation
Built a website that sold the community, not just the equipment: member testimonial videos, class schedule, 'free week' trial CTA prominently featured
Facebook + Instagram ads: 'gym near me Wesley Chapel,' targeting: 25–50, fitness interest, 5-mile radius
3 ad formats tested: free week offer, before/after member transformation, real coach video walk-through
Month 2–6 — Referral Engine
Referral program launched: existing members get 1 month free for every new member they bring
31 referral-sourced new members — members became best marketers
Hit 300-member profitability target by month 6
