The Problem
Coconut Grove Pet Spa had been operating out of a charming bungalow-style shop for 4 years. Owner Marisol Vega had built a loyal core clientele through word of mouth — mostly Coconut Grove and Coral Gables residents with high-maintenance breeds and the disposable income to match.
The problem: Marisol's calendar was only 60% full, Monday through Thursday were ghost towns, and she was losing potential clients to a PetSmart three miles away — not because PetSmart was better, but because PetSmart came up first on Google.
Her Google Business Profile had a wrong address (old location from when she moved two years ago), 8 reviews, and no photos. Her website was a bare-bones Squarespace template — no online booking, no service pricing, loaded in 7 seconds on mobile. Miami's pet owner market is enormous. Coconut Grove alone has thousands of dog-owning households. Marisol was invisible to all of them.
I watch people walk past my shop to their car and drive to PetSmart. I know they'd love it here if they tried us. I just can't get them in the door.

I'm turning away Monday appointments now. Monday. That never happened before. And I haven't spent a dollar on ads — this is all just Google and a real website.
