The Problem
Sit, Stay, Learn had excellent class completion rates and glowing word-of-mouth. But owner and certified trainer Rachel Gomez couldn't fill her beginner obedience classes consistently. She had 6 spots per class and ran 3 classes per week — but was averaging 3 students per class.
I know my classes work. My clients' dogs are transformed. But I can't seem to reach new pet owners before they give up and just tolerate bad behavior.
— Rachel Gomez, Owner & Certified Trainer, Sit Stay Learn
What We Did
Month 1 — Foundation
Built a site with class schedule, video testimonials (before/after dog behavior), and instant online registration
Google Ads: 'dog training Tampa,' 'puppy classes Wesley Chapel,' 'obedience training near me'
Month 2–3 — Scale
Facebook ads targeting new dog owners (interest: recently adopted pet, puppy products, dog breeds)
Class walkthrough video ad: 60-second clip of a real class session — highest-converting creative
Added 2 new weekend sessions to handle demand

We added two weekend classes because we ran out of room in the schedule. I've never had to turn anyone away before.
