The Problem
Sunshine Pet Boarding had 24 kennels in South Tampa. Most weekends they were full, but weekdays were a ghost town — sometimes as low as 30% occupancy. Owner Priya Nair had tried posting on Instagram herself (inconsistent), paying for a Yelp ad ($250/month, zero ROI), and listing on Rover (margin-killing fees).
Her real problem: when a new pet owner in South Tampa Googled 'dog boarding near me,' Sunshine didn't exist. Their website was built on Wix, had no local SEO, and her Google Business Profile had 6 reviews and a wrong phone number.
