Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: March 15, 2026
Client Social is committed to making our website accessible to everyone — including people with disabilities. We believe that accessibility is not a checkbox; it's part of building something that works for all of our users.
01
Our Commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technologies.
02
Conformance Status
Partially conformant. This website partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working toward full compliance.
03
Known Limitations
While we work toward full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, we are aware of the following issues and are addressing them:
- Footer contrast — Some text in the site footer does not meet the minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio. A fix is in progress.
- Contact form labels — Label associations for some contact form fields are being improved to better support screen readers and assistive technology.
We update this list as issues are identified and resolved. If you encounter something that isn't listed here, please let us know (see Section 04 below).
04
Feedback & Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you experience any barriers, notice something we missed, or need content in an alternative format, please reach out:
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days. If the issue requires a longer resolution timeline, we will acknowledge your message promptly and keep you informed.
05
Technical Approach
This website is built using React and Next.js with Material UI components. We use semantic HTML, ARIA attributes, and keyboard-accessible interactions wherever possible. We conduct accessibility reviews when new features ship and welcome ongoing community input.
